2. Provide you with a list of home to choose from
3. Facilitate showings and gather additional leasing information

COST OF SERVICE

We are straight-forward with our cost for this service:  Free! Period. We do not accept any form of payment from you (If you decide to lease a listed BlankPage Property Management home, applicants will be subject to our application process and fee). Much like a real estate buyer’s agent, our efforts are rewarded by landlords or their property management company that co-op with fellow brokers. 

WAITING LIST

Unfortunately, there are situations where your ideal property may not be available on the market. If you are working with a flexible move-in time frame, BlankPage Property Management will: place you on our waiting list, continue searching the market for new, prospective rentals, and contact you once we find a home that matches your criteria that you provide us.
