Vendor Services
Cost: Invoice total
We do not markup (surcharge) vendor invoices that inflate the actual cost for the provided service. The total cost of the vendor-related service is what will be billed. -
Rekey Door Locks
Cost: Invoice total
Rekeying door locks is highly recommended to: 1) reduce potential liability for homeowners, 2) provide new resident(s) an added level of comfort. This service is not required but highly recommended. -
BPPM Maintenance Labor Hour
Cost: $40.00 per hour
Some maintenance items are small and require a quick, in-house fix. If a vendor is not necessary (often at a much higher rate), BlankPage Property Management can reduce the labor costs of maintenance issues. Requires owner approval. -
Preventative Maintenance Assessment
Cost: $49 per assessment per property
Upon your request, we will schedule a meeting with the resident(s) to conduct a general, preventative maintenance assessment and report our findings with recommended actions. This service is not required but highly recommended. -
Unlawful Detainer/Small Claims Processing
Cost: Legal costs (varies)
Investment ventures are open to the possibility of risks. Unfortunately, the need to initiate an eviction is a potential liability in leasing a property. In the event of an eviction, BlankPage Property Management will facilitate an Unlawful Detainer process through our legal representatives.

Early Contract Termination
Cost: $500 per property
Each property is subject to an $500 early contract termination. Once the initial contract term has been fulfilled, the Early Contract Termination expires.
**The initial first month’s management fee will be waived for new clients to establish a property reserve account to be maintained by BlankPage Property Management. In the event that a tenant takes possession of keys after the first day of the month, the waived amount will be prorated for the initial month and following month (e.g.: Tenant takes possession on the 21st of January [ten days prorated]; February’s rent [twenty days prorated]). Management fee will commence on the day following the final prorated date.
Duration of Contract/Termination Clause: Each term shall automatically renew for subsequent periods of the same length as the initial term unless either party notifies the other party written notice of termination at least thirty (30) days prior to expiration of the contractual term.
