LEASE APPLICATION PROCESS

During the open application period, an application (or 'group' of applications) submitted will undergo review; this will begin the pending application period. Each additional application submitted during the pending application period will be placed on a wait list based on the chronological time the application was received by BlankPage Property Management. Once we have an approved applicant(s), this will conclude the application process, for the property, and we will notify you of such status.

REINSTATEMENT
|
In the event that the approved applicant(s) withdraw from the leasing process, the pending application period will be reinstated and we will notify the applicant(s), in chronological order, according to the wait list.

Landlord(s) or BlankPage Property Management will not make or pay for any repairs, corrections or replacements, except where there is written agreement for maintenance/repair items. Verbal representations are non-binding and will not be considered. REQUESTS PRIOR TO CONTRACTUAL ACCEPTANCE All requests, related to the property, must be communicated in writing to BlankPage Property Management, prior to submitting a Lease Application for review. Written requests will be conveyed to property owner(s) to review and determine a response at their discretion. NEIGHBORHOOD CONDITIONS Applicants are advised to satisfy themselves as to neighborhood or area conditions, including schools, proximity and adequacy of law enforcement, crime statistics, registered felons or offenders, fire protection, other governmental services, proximity to commercial, industrial or agricultural activities, existing and proposed transportation, construction and development which may affect noise, view, or traffic, airport noise, noise or odor from any source, wild and domestic animals, other nuisances, hazards, or circumstances, facilities and condition of common areas, conditions and influences of significance to certain cultures and/or religions, and personal needs, requirements and preferences of applicant. GENERAL PET POLICY & FEE Note that NOT all BlankPage Property Management properties allow pets. If applicants intend to have pets, please notify a BlankPage representative prior to submitting a Lease Application. If pets are approved, a pet deposit of $300.00 per pet will be included in the Lease Agreement and due upon move-in. |
